Quote descriptions
Two quote screens are provided :
1) Buy it Quote: option is when you but the phone out right, is a 30 day month to month contract
2) Rent to buy: Rental pricing requires a three year contract (36 month). Customer can buyout/early terminate the contract at any time by paying (Phone Retail+10%) minus total rental payments received. Customer then owns the phones.
**3-year/25 phone minimum price requires a three year contract for a minimum of 25 phones. Early termination is $100 per subsidized phone, customer then owns phones.
Phone Type: We are assuming for this quote you have or will purchase a POE switch. Wall warts add about $35 per phone.
FAQ: Why are the phone selections so limited? Simply put we have hundred of models we can quote but our goal was to give you a hyper quick budget tool. The models we have listed we feel frm our experiences are the best for standard desktops. You will see their details scroll on the right side of your screen. How Many Numbers Do I Need? You need to obtain or port(bring over) at least one phone number. usually your main number and a backdoor number for voice-mail are suggested
With our hosted VoIP you will only need one number. hosted solutions typically give you unlimited channels (Think simultaneous conversations) , which is like having a roll over line for every call you receive. So you are now able to make and receive any number of simultaneous calls with one phone number and never ring busy.
You may need multiple phone numbers for call routing purposes. Calls can be routed from one phone number to any device on your system through extension dialing, but if you want the ability to receive calls directly on specific lines without sending calls through the auto-attendant then you will want additional phone numbers. You may also want additional numbers for marketing or call tracking purposes. If this is the case you may purchase as many as you need. The system is the perfect way to manage the call routing and voice mail for as many phones and numbers as you need.
How Much Do Phone Numbers Cost?
Each phone number you add to your phone system is $1.75/month ($5 if you are on a 1-4 user plan). This applies to both local and toll-free numbers. Inbound calls made to toll-free numbers carry a 1.9¢ per minute charge.
MSF -Monthly managed services fee: We will handle all configuration user changes, any issues that arise and monitor your system. If you are not technical in nature this is a good choice for you.
MRC – Monthly recurring charges. What you will be paying each month, Note: State and Federal taxes and regulatory fees are charged per jurisdiction will be added
